Casa del Ter

This house stands like a lighthouse on a rock of Monte Pedreguer overlooking the sea 7 km away and closer the Montgo. Pedreguer with all its amenities is 4 kilometers and the towns of Denia and Javea 12 kilometers. From here one can beautifully explore the whole area.
From both Allicante and Vallencia airports the house can be reached in just over an hour.
Upon entering you will find a spacious living room, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and toilet, a kitchen, a covered sitting area (naja) and of course a BBQ area and a beautiful spacious pool. There is Wifi, pure drinking water from an osmosis tap in the kitchen and a washing machine in the basement. There can be both cooling and heating through the air conditioners and for the colder winter evenings there is a cozy wood stove. Behind the TV is a google chromecast.
